Chinese cuisine demonstrates traditional Chinese food culture. Comparing with other countries cooking skills in the world, Chinese chefs’ cooking skills are quite unique. Chinese dishes pay attention to color, smell, taste, shape and tableware. A large number of outstanding top chefs are coming out in this industry. They come from different origins, have different experience and have different understanding of food. The flavour and nutrition they create by cooking are amazing.

The documentary includes four episodes of Chinese top chefs who are outstanding in eight regional cuisines, and shows the historical changes in dieting habits and eating customs.
