Sanxingdui is situated in China’s western Sichuan Province. Artifacts recently found in the area have been dated back to more than 3200 years and are highly valued by researchers as a very important archaeological discovery. The haul includes huge bronze head sculptures, unique face masks, rare jade wares, ivory and sticks which are symbols of sovereignty and tall bronze trees. All these relics have revealed numerous clues about ancient life for modern people. This film tells some of the story of what happened more than 3000 years ago.
